Temporarily adjusted delivery schedule for Belgium
We hereby inform you about a temporary change in transit times for a number of zip code areas in the Benelux, as a result of developments directly related to the COVID-19 corona virus.
In order to optimally utilize available transport capacity under these exceptional circumstances, certain zip code areas will be delivered according to an adjusted schedule with effect from Friday
20th March. We hope for your understanding.
In the overview below you can see which zip code areas will be delivered on 24-hour and 48-hour basis.
- Zip code areas where we expect to deliver on a 24-hour basis;
1000 – 3999
7500 – 7599
7700 – 7799
8700 – 8899
8930 – 8940
9000 – 9499
9700 – 9999
All other zip code areas are expected to be delivered on 48-hour basis.
To ensure that all booked shipments can actually be delivered, it is in everyone’s interest that you check before booking the transport with us whether the address can be reached for freight traffic during this period and whether it is allowed to receive goods. In the event a shipment cannot be delivered, we are unfortunately forced to charge you all relevant costs for the return, storage and redelivery of your shipment.
As soon as the situation normalizes, we will switch back to the standard delivery schedule.
